NoteBelt, also published as Note Quest, is a music-note reading game; this policy covers it under either name. Your learning progress stays on your device. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name or email, and we never sell your data. The only information the app sends is usage statistics, used to improve the app and not linked to your name or identity — plus a feedback email, if you choose to send one.
All learning progress is saved in the app's local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us and is not backed up to any server we control. Usage analytics events are sent to Google Analytics for Firebase.
Because your progress is stored only on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by deleting the app (on phones that offer it, clearing the app's storage in your device settings works too). If your phone's own backup is switched on, it may keep a copy in your own backup account until that backup is replaced or deleted. No further action is needed on our side: the usage statistics already sent are held by Google Analytics for Firebase under its retention settings and are not linked to your identity.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. No personal data is required to play; the only data it sends is the usage statistics described above, which are not linked to anyone's identity.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

The app's feedback button opens your own email app with a message to this address, pre-filled with the app version, your platform and, where relevant, the screen you were on. Nothing is sent until you press send; when you do, we receive your email address and whatever you wrote, and use them only to reply and fix the problem.
